Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, Evri, Fedex, and DPD, and tracking information will be provided via email once your package has been dispatched.

We deliver to all regions of the UK, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to international destinations such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Please note that deliveries to remote or international locations may take longer.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery within the courier’s timeframe.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@healthybrainvitamins.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.
